Educational Grant information as follows:
Sept 15-
Notice to the lodge regarding the assignment of high schools.
Oct 09-
Form the Lodge Educational Grant Committee.
Nov 10-
Lodge to deliver posters and applications to the school for distribution to
students.
Dec 04-
Organizational Board meeting.
Mar 02-
Students must return completed applications to the school.
March 16-
The lodge is to pick-up the completed applications for evaluation by the
Lodge Educational Grant Committee and classified in order of selection.
March 31-
The LEGC must return the applications to the MCM Educational Grant Committee
for final selection of recipients.
Apr 27-
The MCM EGC will notify the lodges of those who are to receive the Grant.
Lodge is to notify the school of the recipients and request permission to attend
the Awards Assembly to present the student with the award. Please note that the
lodge must obtain from the student the college
